We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Relief Veterinarian to join our team temporarily. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality veterinary care, including medical, surgical, and dental services, to our patients. Key Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care to patients. - Perform examinations, diagnose illnesses, and develop treatment plans. - Prescribe and administer medications, vaccinations, and other treatments. - Communicate effectively with pet owners to explain diagnoses, treatments, and care instructions. - Work collaboratively with our team of veterinary technicians and support staff. - Maintain accurate and thorough medical records for each patient. - Uphold the highest standards of veterinary ethics and professionalism. Qualifications: - DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution. - Active and unrestricted veterinary license. - Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply. - Proficiency in general veterinary medicine, surgery, and dentistry. - Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and make sound medical decisions. - Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, as needed.
